Due to the nature of our products and the size of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photos, colours, prices, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

HANDMADE ITEMS

Many Suma Nirvana products are handmade or contain handmade elements. Small variations in colour, texture, stitching, shape, placement, or finish are part of their unique character and are not considered defects. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number • Clear photos of the damaged item • Photos of the shipping box or envelope • Photos of the interior packaging • A clear photo of the shipping label

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Do not return or discard anything unless we provide written instructions.

Suma Nirvana will submit and manage the claim with the shipping carrier. After reviewing the evidence, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of everything received. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please do not send any item back without written return instructions from Suma Nirvana. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the error was ours.
